В первом квартале 2023 года ВТБ выдал 44,3 тысячи кредитов на сумму 228 млрд рублей, при этом самым активным месяцем стал март, когда объем выданных кредитов достиг 105,4 млрд рублей, что на 35% выше февральского результата и выше среднего по рынку.
С января по март примерно каждая вторая сделка была проведена банками с государственной поддержкой. Среди них многие клиенты впервые выбрали семейную ипотеку, и банк организовал 10,9 тысяч кредитов на общую сумму 66 млрд рублей; на втором месте по популярности была ипотека с государственной поддержкой – 2020 (9,5 тысяч кредитов на общую сумму более 57,7 млрд рублей).
